EU subsidies in Romania

There are EUR 31 billion available to Romania in non-refundable funding for the period 2007-2013 under 150 different programmes, the majority of which are now up and running in areas such as productive investments (SMEs and large enterprises), small and medium enterprises, alternative energy, work safety training, consulting, IT and research, forestry and tourism.

Together with its partners, the TPA Horwath network offers a package of specialised services to help obtain funding for both private and public applicants.

TPA Horwath and its partners prepare the all the necessary documentation and assist applicants during every stage of the process, from defining a project to its implementation and monitoring as well as structuring the investment, creating a business plan, preparing and completing funding applications, and legal assistance during the awarding and singing of the contract or any other necessary ancillary financial and audit assistance requested by the client (e.g. related to disbursement, interim reporting, eligible costs).
