Our main services include:
Statutory accounting. We tailor our computer systems to suit each individual business so we can generate the different reports required by our customer. Accounting documents are processed immediately and the relevant reports sent to the client electronically. We prepare all the required statutory reports: trial balances, sales and purchase ledgers. We also draw up the financial statements as required under Romanian legal and accounting regulations, by 30 June and 31 December respectively.
Tax compliance. We prepare and register with the relevant Romanian authorities all VAT returns, CIT returns, Intrastate declarations and any other fiscal declarations required in Romania.
Payroll administration. Under payroll administration we draft employment contracts for our customers’ employees, register these agreements with the Labour Chamber, prepare payroll sheets and salary tax declarations, and submit tax returns to the authorities. We also assist with the preparation of Internal Regulation documentation.
IFRS reporting. We prepare monthly and quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Accounting review. To ensure certification in terms of the accuracy of accounting transactions, we perform accounting reviews on a monthly or quarterly basis by analyzing all significant transactions and verifying the accuracy of the accounting and the correct preparation of accounting reports and tax declarations.
Management accounts. We draft revenues and expense budgets as well as management accounts (including comparisons between budgeted and actual results); we also produce forecasts and prepare other reports required by the management or shareholders.
Cash Management. This service involves the preparation of payment documents, placing of deposits, obtaining of regular bank statements, online banking transactions and cash flow reporting.
Financial consultancy consists mainly in the provision of accounting and payroll advice, assistance with supporting documentation, financial assistance with merger and acquisition projects, internal control reviews, financial analysis, etc.
Administrative and other services: preparation of invoices for customers, assistance during external audit processes, assistance during tax audits, various training programmes for clients on accounting related topics and technical assistance with customer recruiting processes in the area of finance.
