We established our offices in Romania in 1998 and have since become one of the leading companies in the country in our field of activity. Our core services include accounting, payroll, IFRS reporting, auditing, financial and tax consulting, legal consulting, all of which are provided by a young and dynamic team of 85 specialised consultants.

The Romanian office of TPA Horwath was set up to offer an integrated solution that meets the needs of foreign investors in Romania in terms of higher quality administrative and accountancy assistance, and a quality multidisciplinary practice that optimises foreign investors’ access to the Romanian market.

TPA Horwath Romania currently has 6 partners and more than 85 full-time employees, all of whom are based in Bucharest from where they cover all the regions of Romania.

Through our regional and global affiliations we are also able to provide assistance in other areas, such as applications for EU subsidies, management consulting and corporate finance.
