Leopold Kühmayer
Managing Partner
Leopold, an Austrian citizen, is Partner of TPA Horwath in Austria.
Leopold is certified Austrian tax advisor and member of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors (“Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder”). He holds a university degree in business economics, obtained in Vienna, Austria.
Leopold has almost 20 years experience in tax and business advisory. He started his career with TPA Horwath in 1992.
He has specific experience in tax and business advice for the CEE region. His main areas of expertise are tax advisory for real estate companies, value added tax (VAT) (national and cross border), taxation of commercial and other real estate investments, tax structures consulting for investments in CEE, financing consulting, and corporate legal structures and consulting on corporate restructuring.
As of April 2007, Leopold has been in charge of managing the Romanian office of TPA Horwath.
