On 2nd March 2011, TPA Horwath held a seminar on transfer pricing in collaboration with the commercial section of the Austrian Embassy in Bucharest.
The seminar focused on the arm’s length dealings between associated enterprises, recent legal developments in Austria and Romania, and the specific documentation required in transfer pricing files.
